The French company, Cobalt Aircraft, has unveiled what comes out to be an answer to the wide selection of fast, personal airplanes from companies like Cirrus and Cessna: Cobalt Co50 Concept. New Sanyo Xacti VPC-SH1 and VPC–CS1 Reviews

Namba Parks is an office and shopping complex located in Namba-naka Nichome, Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan, the south of Namba Station on Nankai Railway. It consists of a high office building called Parks Tower and a 120-tenant shopping mall with rooftop garden. Namba Parks was developed by Jon Jerde of The Jerde Partnership in the footprint of the since closed Osaka Stadium.

Various kinds of restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Italian, etc.) are located on the 6th floor, and shops are located on the 2nd to 5th floors. There is also an amphitheater for live shows, as well as space for small personal vegetable gardens and wagon shops.

Namba Parks was conceived as a large park, a natural intervention in Osaka's dense urban condition. Alongside a 30-story tower, the project features a lifestyle commercial center crowned with a rooftop park that crosses multiple blocks while gradually ascending eight levels. Bugatti Aerolithe Concept - A 1935 Electron Aerolithe prototype re-imagined for 2025

Conceived by the design student, Douglas Hogg, for his final project at Coventry University, Bugatti Aerolithe Concept is a design study of futuristic sports coupe with dramatic swooping lines. The concept has been created for the year 2025 and draws inspiration for its name from the legendary Bugatti Electron Aerolithe prototype, unveiled at 1935 Paris Motor Show. The 1935 prototype featured a body made of Electron, an aeronautical grade magnesium alloy and gave birth to three Atlantic models.

Although Douglas’ Bugatti Aerolithe Concept reinterprets the styling cues from the original Aerolithe in a modern way, yet the concept looks stunning and contemporary with an originality of design that can be seen in the images. The styling cues from the old beauty include the pronounced shoulders, the split windshield and rear window, the aeronautical-inspired doors and the trademark grille. Still, the difference between Bugatti Electron Aerolithe and Bugatti Aerolithe Concept can be easily found in the images.
