Along with beauty treatments from professionals, there needs to some efforts on the bride’s part as well, to make sure that it looks soft, smooth and glowing. There are a number of skin care tips that a bride needs to keep in mind, before the wedding as well as on the D-day. Some of them have been mentioned in the lines below.

Skin Care Tips For Brides

Stay Happy:

What goes in your mind is reflected through your face. So it is very important to stay happy and relaxed. Don’t stress yourself and let the others do the running around.

Proper Cleansing:

One of the first things that you need to undertake, as a part of your bridal skin care, is a proper cleansing routine. Use a mild cleanser for your face, while having a bath in the morning, and apply a good moisturizer soon after. If, and when, you wear makeup, remove it as soon as you get back home, with the help of a proper makeup remover. Always wash your face before going to bed, at night, and follow it with the application of a good moisturizer. Last, but not the least, make use of a good exfoliating product, at least thrice a week.

Oily Skin:

If the bride is young and has oily skin, Arbonne’s Intelligence Line is perfect. Arbonne’s mineral powder foundation as well as their liquid foundations work wonderfully well together the combination ensures low breakouts and oil control.

Good Diet & Proper Sleep:

Following a proper and balanced diet forms a very important part of bridal skin care. What goes inside you has a bearing on the outward appearance as well. Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day and include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Having a sound sleep is also essential for a glowing skin. You might also indulge in meditation and yoga.

Breakouts:

If the bride experiences breakouts close to the day of her wedding, another great product inclusive with the Intelligence line is it’s Thermal Fusion Enzyme mask this is the product that sold me on Arbonne. This exfoliating mask is uniquely formulated with Thermal Fusion technology to increase microcirculation and cell proliferation and combines the benefits of a scrub and a masque for deep-cleansing results.

Use The Regular Brand Cosmetics:

While you might afford to explore new brand or new type of cosmetics in the normal routine, the months prior to your wedding is certainly not the time to do so. In fact, you should stick to your regular brand for cosmetics as far as possible. Ignore the latest commercial in the television about the ‘magic concealer’ that has come in the market or the ‘new lipstick’ that makes your lips look much fuller and shinier. This is because a new product might trigger allergies on your skin, especially if the latter is too sensitive, and end up leaving spots or scars. So, it is better to put off the experiments for after the
wedding.

Some More Tips:

   1. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
   2. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day.
   3. Proper sleep is also important for glowing skin.
   4. Make a daily proper cleansing routine.
   5. Use exfoliating products atleast thrice a week.
   6. Always use a proper makeup remover to remove your daily makeup.
   7. Always apply sunblock before going out in Day timings.
   8. Reduce caffeine consumption and contains sugar.
   9. Before buying beauty products always keep your skin type in mind.
  10. Daily exercise will help you to maintain your body shape.

Giant Underground Train Set Built in London Home

John Polley, a 50 year-old former train driver from London managed to create a replica of Abbey Road underground train station in his own home, in Hertfordshire, at a scale of 4mm/30cm.

This large train set, so large that when assembled it took up most of the space in John Polly’s house, was built in approximately 2 years and is amazingly detailed. It’s not only complete with audio messages like “Mind the gap” or “This is Abbey Road”, but one can also spot The Beatles crossing the street (just as on their “Abbey Road” album cover) – he used them as they are considered the symbol of London. Head and tail lighting was mounted on every train and some also have video cameras to offer a driver’s eye perspective on the set.

John Polley used different types of materials to build up his  train set, like old key rings, which he used for some vehicles, or shop window display signs, used for the buildings. The trains were designed by Polley himself and he had them custom made in SriLanka.

“I started building it during the day in my garage because I worked night shifts. The hardest part was getting the correct details. It does need regular maintenance like clearing grease, dusting off the rails and cleaning the electrical contacts. I would like to extend it by another five to ten feet in the future,” John Polley said .

Sau Baar By Omer Nadeem - Love Song

Pakistani pop singer Omer Nadeem sung a love song Sau Baar along with Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal for the Indian movie Yamla Pagla Deewana. Though one would have really wanted this song to be exciting enough, considering the fact that composer Sandesh Shandilya and lyricist Irshad Kamil come together all over again, the results aren't fantastic.

Moon Regan Transantartic Expedition’s Concept Vehicle is Cooler than Ice

Most people can get through the winter driving ordinary vehicles just fine as long as they follow some simple rules. But when the going gets tough and the snow hits the fan, you need a special ride, like this Bio-Inspired Ice Vehicle (BIV). Built in 2008 with Lotus know-how, the BIV is currently used by the Moon Regan Transantartic Expedition for an epic Antarctic crossing.

The team reached the South Pole on December 3, after a week. Their resilience was put to the test by the bad weather, highly irregular terrain (known as sastrugi) and mechanical problems. Taking on the lead vehicle role, the BIV is “an agile route-finder”, according to the expedition’s official website. Two, six-wheeled Ford Econolines with 7.3-liter diesel V8s, handle the role of the support vehicles

With moving parts kept to a minimum, the BIV is fitted with three skis and independent suspension, which allow for optimum weight distribution and increased stability. Weighing in at just 700 kg (1.543 lbs), the BIV’s biggest advantage over conventional vehicles is that it can be hauled by people in situations when moving on its own is impossible. Spiked brakes provide stopping power.

Inside, there's enough space only for the driver, who is greeted by a bucket seat and a sport steering wheel.

The initial concept featured a 1.2-liter BMW engine, modified to run on E85 bioethanol but it was replaced with a more powerful Rotax 914 turbocharged unit, better suited for low temperatures and higher altitudes. The engine drives a three-blade variable-pitch propeller that can push the BIV to a top speed of 84 mph (135 km/h) in ideal conditions.

The Antarctic crossing is expected to last at least 40 days and will cover a distance of 5,800 kilometers or 3,604 miles. You can check out the team’s progress using the live tracker found here. Also, don’t forget about the video below, in which engineer Kieron Bradley presents the highlights of the BIV.
